The 1.3 update contains some neat new features:
- Weather+ now remembers the windows size when leaving the application.
- Weather+ now automatically opens in transparent mode if it was in this mode when you closed the application.
- Big fix: weather data will also be refreshed in transparent mode in this version.
- Some other small bug fixes.
