Weatherly offers a simple and convenient solution to see weather information in the menu bar of your Mac. The app displays constantly-refreshed weather conditions for your current location or for another location of your choice. If the automatic updates aren't frequent enough, you can refresh them manually, with just one click.

The utility provides the current weather conditions, including temperature, humidity, and wind speed, as well as the sunrise and sunset times. You can check the temperature for each hour of the current day and a forecast for the next 7 days. The tool also displays the "feels like" temperature so you can know what to wear when going outside. You can set from preferences the favorite temperature unit (Fahrenheit/Celsius), the unit for measuring the wind speed (km per hour/miles per hour), and the time format (24/12 hours). In addition, you can choose the items to appear in the menu bar for a quick glance at the weather you are most interested in. Unfortunately, the location doesn't appear in the menu bar, a detail that would be helpful for users switching locations frequently.

To sum up, Weatherly informs you in real time about the most common weather conditions. The weather data provider is Dark Sky, which unfortunately, you can't change if you don't trust it.
