WinCatalog catalogs discs, files, and folders and keeps them in order. Once created, a catalog allows you to search for disks, files, folders, and other catalog elements instantly without opening the source media. WinCatalog can display ID3 tags, including artist name, song, album, disc cover, and other information for music files in the following formats: MP3, WAV, WMA, Ogg, OGA, ASF, M4A, M4B, M4P, and MP4.
v14.0 [May 4, 2015]
The new update adds an ability to grab metadata and cover images from electronic books. WinCatalog 2015 supports the following ebook formats: ePub, iBook, Fb2 and Mobi (.epub, .ibook, .fb2, .mobi, .prc, .azw and .azw3 extensions). This functionality requires .Net Framework version 2.0 or newer. Absence of .Net Framework does not affect on WinCatalog functionality: only on the ability to process ebooks.
