This app is a free video converter. It allows you to convert MOV files into several other formats, including MP4, H.264 (MPEG-4 AVC), AVI, and MPEG. There are also conversion profiles for the iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch. The application has an nice looking graphical interface, which is identical to that used by Windows WinX converters. No work has been done to change that interface for the Mac, but I can't complain much about that since the app is free. But what I can complain about is that I couldn't get the app to convert a single MOV file during my time testing it. Two different things happened. First, when I clicked "Convert" after loading a sample file and selecting an output format, a new window would pop-up. This is the conversion window. Immediately, it would close and a Finder window would come up, showing an empty folder with the name of the format that I chose. Secondly, the app crashed whenever I started a conversion. I tried three different MOV files. One taken with my iPhone, and two previously converted files.
