WinX WebM Video Converter for Mac - Free Edition was designed to help you convert your WebM videos to other formats. As you may know, WebM is a format that is widely used for streaming video. It works very well, but it is not supported by most devices and video players. Thus, this app lets you convert those files to any of the supported output formats: AVI, H.264, MPEG-4, WMV, MOV and FLV, or you can use a conversion profile. There are profiles for the iPod, iPhone, iPad and AppleTV. These profiles are just optimized conversion settings for the aforementioned devices.
The graphical user interface consists of two panes. On the top pane, you load the files that you want to convert, and at the bottom, you will find the conversion settings. You can select the output format or conversion profile from a series of tabs. In each tab, you can change the conversion settings further.
In my testing, I was unable to convert a single file with this app. Every single time I clicked on the "Convert" button, the app would simply crash.
