This program is exactly what its name suggests: a Mac utility that helps you remove printing, opening or copying restrictions from your encrypted PDFs. The application comes in handy if you forget the passwords that grant you the ability to copy, open or print your encrypted PDF documents on your computer.
You don't need much computer experience in order to handle this program: just drag-and-drop the files you wish to decrypt over the interface, choose a destination folder, and the app will do the rest within moments. Under the name of the imported documents, the utility will display their correspondent size and number of pages. An important aspect is that the application can decrypt PDF files with large amounts of pages.
Furthermore, you can load up to 50 PDF documents and immediately decrypt them.
Testing it, I imported a PDF that was encrypted with 128-bit key length. The file didn't allow printing or copying text. The application decrypted the file in just a few moments, without slowing down my Mac.
However, the one thing which might come as a weakness is the fact that it doesn't let you decrypt open password-protected PDF files unless you have the password.
All in all, it's worth buying this utility for your Mac if the aforementioned aspect doesn't mean much to you.
