Wondershare TidyMyMusic is a utility that might come in handy when organizing your music collection, whether it's from your iTunes library or a local song directory. The program helps you immediately identify songs and find missing ID3 tags and artwork.
You can also use this utility to quickly locate duplicated songs within your iTunes library or local folders.
After you import your songs in Wondershare TidyMyMusic, click the "Scan" button to analyze the tunes. The program will check their ID3 tags, look for duplicates, and let you know which songs require fixing.
A great thing is that you can pre-listen the imported songs before identifying their missing ID3 tags or deleting duplicates. Also, you have the possibility to enter your own ID3 tags when needed.
However, there were two aspects which bothered me while testing Wondershare TidyMyMusic: it took a while to launch and the fact that is compatible with a few audio formats.
If none of the aforementioned mean anything to you, then you should give this utility a try. It accurately identifies ID3 tags for your songs and is an excellent duplicate finder.
