XDCtools is a product that contains all of the tools necessary to create, test, deploy, install, and use RTSC components. This product - currently available from TI- includes tools and standards for API development, static configuration, and packaging. RTSC components have hardware-neutral formal interfaces, are configurable offline to optimize memory and performance, and support custom automation in the development environment via a scripting language.
