XING Sync keeps your OS X address book up-to-date by importing your XING contacts periodically.
Click “Unregister Sync” on the XING Sync Preference Pane. In System Preferences, CTRL-click on the XING Sync Icon and choose "Remove “XING Sync” Preference Pane"
