Xpand Rally Xtreme is the sequel to Techland's success: Xpand Rally. If you look at this game you might think that this is another Colin McRae or Richard Burns rally rip-off, but its not. This game has two rallying modes, arcade, which is a bit more realistic than in Colin McRae, and Simulation which is a little bit more forgiving than Richard Burns Rally. The two modes ensure that the game appeals to the casual and the hardcore rally fan. However the Xtreme version is not all just about rallying. In fact with the Xtreme version, the developers added some road going super cars, DTR Buggies, 4x4 trucks and Monster Trucks. Of course you won't be driving road cars on the gravel, so they also added racing tracks, as well as the typical rally stages and cross-country stages. In all there are over 40 tracks in the game. The graphics are really well done, the stages and the cars are very sharp and detailed. So its not just about rallying now, but if you are a racing fan, this is a good game to add in your collection. You can get this game at Steam, Techland's official store.
