ZipMounter is an open source and very easy to use droplet app which will allow you to quickly mount any ZIP archive on your Mac as a volume.
Usage:
Install ZipMounter by copying it to your hard drive. Invoke ZipMounter by selecting dragging a Zip file onto the application icon or by right/Command/⌘-clicking on a Zip file and selecting Open with... > ZipMounter.
